Stretch & Meditation on Rennington Village Green followed by Quiz Night at Rennington Village Hall.

What to expect:

• Restorative stretch to ease tension from the body.
• Mindful mediation to free the mind.
• Quiz night

Let's join the monthly quiz night at Rennington Village Hall.
Teams of 4. Come with your team, or we can create one.
£2.50 per person, payable on the night.
Licensed bar on the night.
Raffle in aid of local charities (varies each month).

This Stretch & Meditation session is priced more affordably to encourage everyone to join, connect, and unwind together.
Children under 14 can join for free when accompanied by an adult, but please make sure they are registered (select the child ticket).
