This session brings together professionals from across the construction sector to share what’s working well, explore challenges, and consider what could change or be enhanced to create greater impact for young people and communities.

Aim of the session
To create a collaborative space to share learning, challenge thinking and explore how the construction sector can collectively increase its social value impact.

• How construction businesses can engage young people in more meaningful ways
• Reaching young people from diverse backgrounds, particularly those seeking their first opportunities
