We do a bike course reccy, riding with three groups (with a variety in speed). After the bike course reccy there is a possibility to do a reccy of the run course as well

De fietsparcours verkenning doen we in drie groepen (met drie verschillende snelheden). Na de fietsparcours verkenning is er de mogelijkheid om ook het loopparcours te verkennen.
