Join us for a gentle 5km morning walk along the beach in Caparica – the perfect way to wake up the body and connect with nature and neighbours.
We meet at 8:00 AM sharp in front of Assante, walk together for about an hour, and then gather for a relaxed coffee and chat at 9:00 AM – same spot.
Whether you're local, new in the area, or just visiting – you're warmly welcome.
I go anyway, but please confirm your attendance by 8pm on Tuesdays, otherwise i might take another route or go slightly earlier/later.
