Le populaire marathon de 45 km, présenté par Proco, sur le lac Saint-Jean est un défi sportif unique au Canada pratiqué lors de Festirame depuis plus de 50 ans. Un challenge ultime sur le majestueux Pekuakami où un parcours au gré des vents, vagues et courants attend les participant(e)s.
