Child Advocacy October Lunch & Learn

Amelia Siders, Ph.D. is a nationally recognized expert, licensed psychologist, and founder of MindWise Insights LLC. With more than 15 years of experience in the Child Advocacy Center field, she offers training, consultation, and trauma-informed care across child welfare, mental health, legal, and nonprofit settings.

In this session, Dr. Siders will explore how trauma impacts children, teens, and adults, and how it can increase the risk for substance misuse.

Participants will gain practical strategies to better support those they work with—and those they care about in their own lives.
