Pole Flow Pop Up with Natalie

This is an Intermediate/Advanced level Pop-UP based on musicality and ability to pick up choreo. A little pole experience is required. First Monday of every month, come flow with Natalie! In this Pole Flow Pop Up, you’ll explore fluid transitions, sensuality, and contemporary movement, all while incorporating musicality into your practice. Whether you’re dancing in heels or flowing barefoot, this class emphasizes expressive choreography that connects to the rhythm and emotion of the music. Knee pads recommended. Each month will alternate between Exotic Pole Flow and Contemporary Pole Flow. February kicked off with Exotic First so it will continue to alternate every month moving forward.
