WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS? ✅
- Families Earning Up To 300% of the Federal Poverty Level
( i.e. $96,450 For A Family Of 4)
- Children Between Age 3 and Until the Entry Age For Kindergarten.
- Children With Risk Factors (i.e. Developmental Delays, English as a Second Language) Are Prioritized.

- Medical Insurance Card
- Driver‘s License or Government-Issued ID
- Verification of PA Residence (i.e. Current Bill)
- Child‘s Immunization Record
- W-2 or Most Current Filed 1040 Tax Form or 3 Current Pay Stubs
