Join us for the final chapter in Nowa’s three-part Chef’s Dinner series - a soulful, one-night tasting experience that honors the roots of the Lehigh Valley while looking boldly to its future. Held inside the grand halls of Vault 634, this evening reimagines local ingredients, traditions, and culinary memories through a refined, modern lens. Each course tells a story: drawn from the land, shaped by heritage, and composed with restraint, elegance, and quiet ambition.

Guests will enjoy a six-course chef’s tasting menu, each paired with either a wine or zero-proof beverage pairing. Both paths offer a full arc - bold, intentional, and composed to carry the emotional and culinary rhythm of the night.

• This is a Community Table experience; guests will dine with others.

• No refunds or pairing changes after July 23 due to advance ingredient sourcing. Tickets are transferable by contacting us through Eventbrite.
