Garden Club Intro to Forest Bathing

Curious about forest bathing? Join us for an introductory session with Jen from Ott Gardens (Orefield) where you'll explore the basics of this calming practice. Forest bathing, or Shinrin-yoku (Japanese), is about mindfully immersing yourself in nature, allowing the environment to help you relax, de-stress, and reconnect.

This workshop will offer a gentle introduction to the practice, with simple activities and time spent in nature. You’ll learn how to slow down, engage your senses, and experience the peace that nature provides. This is a welcoming space for those new to forest bathing and interested in discovering its benefits.

Take this opportunity to explore the serenity of nature—no experience required!

This is a small group activity.
