2-DAY FIGURE DRAWING WORKSHOP

QUINN BOOTHE

Gain an understanding of figure drawing through sight-size
and comparative measurement techniques while working
from a live model. Emphasize accurate proportion and gesture during the block-in stage, followed by establishing hierarchy
of detail to efficiently and quickly capture the subject.
The method prioritizes precision, fostering confidence
and enabling a smooth, rapid workflow based on strong symmetry and construction.

Quinn graduated from Lehigh University with a degree
in Product Design. He then apprenticed for three years
hand-carving monumental sculpture in stone and has
received formal art training in drafting and sculpture from
The Florence Academy of Art in Italy.
