What is a Floating Sound Bath?
During the Floating Sound Bath Meditation 60 minute experience you will float on the surface of a calm pool, supported by a lounger, enveloped in the soothing melodies of carefully selected sound healing bowls and percussive instruments. Water is fantastic conductor of vibration and participants will feel the sound waves pass right through their entire body. I would suggest participants experience at least one regular Sound Bath before.
Important Information
- The sound bath will take place in the outdoor Learner Pool from 5.45pm - 6.45pm. Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes before the sessions starts.
- There will be a life guard at the pool.
- We will provide a flotation bed, one blanket and eye mask. There are steps into the pool and you will be supported on to the bed from the steps, if needed. If you have purchased a poolside ticket you will need to bring your own mat and blankets.
- The session takes place outside and we can't predict the weather. Please wear appropriate clothing i.e swimwear / shorts / tracksuit bottoms that you don't mind getting wet. Bring extra layers if you feel the cold.
- The decision to cancel the event due to bad weather will be made after speaking with the venue.
