With the summer holidays over, it’s time to focus on you again! Return to routine with a new approach to your eating habits that will suit the whole family and end 2025 on a weight loss high!
Just come along to one of our sessions and we’ll get you started with our flexible healthy eating plan with unrivalled group support to help you make behavioural changes that will last.
Thursdays 5.30pm & 7pm and Fridays at 9.30am at Haltwhistle Hospital x
