A Guided Walk: Moorland Traverse with Johnny Campbell
This ‘moorland traverse’ will be led by folk musician and Country Walking Magazine contributor, Johnny Campbell (Folk on Foot, BBC Radio 4 Open Country).
Walking boots and outdoor clothing are needed for this walk, and though the elevation is less than 300m in total, a reasonable level of fitness will make this 6 mile walk more comfortable.
Meet at 10:00am on the Saturday 27th September. at Allendale Village Hall (Leadgate, Allendale, NE47 9PR).
All welcome and this walk is free of charge. There is a maximum of 15 participants, so pre-booking via the Eventbrite link is essential.
