Yin + Nepal Sound

Enjoy 75 minutes learning and experiencing the Sound Healing Techniques from Nepal. Gentler and different resonance than the Crystal singing bowls, Instructor Trang will guide us though a meditative experience as Instructor Natalie guides us through Yin poses.
