- Tightening, Replacing All Loose, Missing Nuts & Bolts.
SAFETY INSPECTION INCLUDES:
- Opening/Closing Force: test the force limits to ensure not too much or too little force is applied to the door during opening and closing.
- Door balance: if the door is balanced, we know the spring functions correctly.
- Springs: we visually inspect the springs for signs of rust and wear.
- Cables: We inspect the cables for fraying and kinking, which can lead to breakage.
- Safety Beams: We check that sensor eyes are aligned and lenses are clean.
- Hardware: We inspect cable drum pulleys, Hinges, Bottom and top Brackets, a Torsion Shaft, Reinforcement Struts, and Door Panels.
If You Need Parts or Repairs, There Will Be An Additional Cost. All Estimates Are FREE, And We Never Try To Upsell Parts or Services That You Do Not Need. You must Reside In the Service Area.
