Next Gen Sports & Conditioning

This program for ages 11-14 builds strength, speed, and power through fun, progressive workouts. From safe lifting skills and agility drills to explosive plyometrics, every athlete experiences a variety of training styles designed to boost confidence, coordination, and performance. Whether playing a sport or just wanting to get stronger, kids will gain athletic skills, teamwork, and self-belief that carry from the gym to the field and beyond.

Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays
4 pm - 5 pm

Drop-in sessions - on the Edge Turf
No enrollment required. Child must be on the account.
