What to Expect:
• Learn how to pick, prep, and cook prickly pear fruit into jelly
• Get hands-on: stirring, pouring, jarring—it’ll be sticky and messy (in the best way)!
• Take home a jar of tasty prickly pear jelly
• All equipment and supplies are provided
• Enjoy light snacks, prickly pear lemonade, and cold water throughout the morning
• Optional opportunity to shop farm products while you’re here

• Old clothes or an apron (prickly pear stains!)
• Closed-toe shoes
• Expect warm weather and farm-fresh fun!
