Retreat: Radical Simplicity

A five-day interfaith retreat (with weekend-only option)

This retreat will inspire delight in our essential humanity beyond any ‘seeming’ difference, part of the recovery of the basic sense of connection to each other that makes us human.

We’ll reflect each morning on a selection of poetry from a variety of sources, following a process of attention and contemplative conversation … an encouraging support for us in our time together to go deeper into the silence “loving to all”.

Campfire in the Heart is a peaceful location outside Alice Springs, in the East MacDonnell Ranges. Guests can enjoy the contemplative labyrinth, walking trails, swimming pool, an open fire and native gardens.

Facilitated by Judi and Paul Taylor, owners of Campfire and long-time members of the World Community for Christian Meditation. For 15 years they have run an interfaith meditation group.
