Join us for a gentle morning stroll to reset, connect and start the day with good energy. All ages and all fitness levels are welcome bring your friends, daughters, mums, aunties… everyone is invited.

After the walk, I’ve booked a table at Saltbush for anyone who’d like to stay on for breakfast or a coffee ☕🥐
