By any name - Diwali, Deepavali, Bandi Chhor, Tihar - it's going to be a beautiful night. Come along and dance, sparkle, and celebrate with Alice Springs Town Council!
ASTC is celebrating Diwali Festival of light with cultural and traditional dance performances, bringing customs to live in our vibrant multicultural community of Alice Springs.
All performances are brought to you be talented local community.
Activities include: traditional clothing try-on stall, traditional crafts stall, decorating diya and hand henna.
Local vendors sell traditional Diwali sweets and oriental dishes.
We encourage dress-ups and joining in to dance and celebrate at the most spirited night market of the year!
