💃 Our swing dancing classes are back for 2026! 🕺

Every Thursday we teach beginner-friendly classes, starting the year with eight-count lindyhop. Come and join the community of jazz lovers, movers and groovers. All welcome, no partner or experience needed.

- What is swing dancing?
Swing dancing describes a collection of dances from the 1920s-40s jazz era, including lindyhop, charleston, balboa, shag, and blues. It grew out of the Harlem jazz scene, a joyful mix of rhythm, improvisation, and connection. There are large, friendly swing dance communities all across the world including right here in Australia.
