ASRWC - Training on Trails: Brinkleys

Some of us are training, some of us are there for the joy of it. Either way, what a great way to spend Sunday :) 20k out and back OR you can head to the Reveal for a 10k effort. Bring your kit a La WMM mandatory kit so first aid, nutrition and 3litres of water etc etc. I have a Garmin in reach, if anyone else has one, it’s not a bad idea to have another with us. There is mobile coverage on the range too.

I’m personally training for a race and plan to run, go your own pace!! And enjoy that view!!
