Alice’s Fittest Comp

Think you’re pretty fit? Are you signed up for Alice’s Fittest?
You do not need to be a member, all movements will be and can be scaled where needed!

You can tackle it in teams or individual.

There will be prizes, food trucks and live entertainment. We are starting the weekend with a CrossFit kids comp followed by the big kids comp the next day!

A great family day and totally open for spectators 👀
