The Open Circle’s Soulful Weekend Retreat combines immersive expressive arts with serene nature, guided by a professional art therapist. Important Details

Supplies: All necessary stationery and materials will be provided

Accommodation: Twin-sharing basis; contact event team for child-pairing arrangements

Age Policy: Children under 5 may accompany but won’t be included in workshops

Dietary Needs: Please inform them ahead of time—Jain meals also available on request

Pets: Not allowed

Alcohol & Pool: No alcohol permitted; pool access upon extension is possible

Off-Site Visits: Beach access (2 km away) not part of official schedule—talk to the coordinator if you`d like to stay longer and explore
