Rooted in Love is a community-centered afternoon of slowing down, reconnecting with your heart, and finding coherence together. Through grounding practices, gentle guidance, and shared presence, we create space to move from chaos into coherence — restoring body, mind, and spirit.
✨ Flow of the Day
1:20–2:30 PM — Potluck lunch (arrive early to share food + meet others)
2:30–6:30 PM — Rooted in Love program: breath, coherence practices, community circle, integration
6:30 PM onward — Closing potluck + connection time
