Our Club Weekend for 2025 is once again being held to coincide with the "Allford" event held at the Grampian Transport Museum in Alford. The format for the weekend is a road run on Saturday 16th and of course the main show on the Sunday 17th. Participants are welcome to join us on either or both days, see below for specifics on each day.
Road Run (Sat 16th) - Organised by Scottish Capri Club (Open to Classic Fords 30 years old +)
Meeting Point Asda Dyce 11am, to be ready to depart 11:30
First stop is the newly opened "Drive" @ haddo" for some light refreshments, this can also be a meeting point for anyone that would rather meet us there.
Aim to depart the drive around 1:30 to then take a route around NE Scotland (Turriff, Keith, Dufftown, Huntly, Inverurie). The aim is to arrive back to Inverurie for about 5pm where we would regroup at the Garioch Fish Bar for a chipper supper (for those that wish).
The Allford Show (Sunday 17th) - Organised by Grampian Transport Museum
We will be having our usual club stand at this event, which we would welcome any Ford Capri onto. Entry should be made directly with the Transport Museum via their website, when completing your car details there is an option to select "Capri owners" as the club name, by doing this they will automatically add you to our club booking. -
