AGM 2025

The AVCR Annual General Meeting will be held on 24th June 2025 at the Railway Station @ 7.30 pm and it would be great to see as many of our members attend as possible. Come for 7.00pm if you fancy a coffee first!

If you wish to vote by proxy, please let us know by cop 10th June. This will be another exciting year for AVCR and we would appreciate your input. If you can’t make the meeting in person, then we can send you a zoom link so you can still join from the

2 Directors to stand down as per Rules

7 Amendments to Rules as Recommended by the Board: No recommendations

9 Close of AGM Business
