Join us for a two-hour Sailing Support Group on a yacht with a licensed mental health therapist who is a psychooncologist and PsychoHairapy certified! If you love sailing and need a safe space to talk about mental health, this is the perfect event for you. Our therapist will lead discussions on your identity during and after cancer treatment, aesthetics of hair such as texture changes, and cognitive nuances also known as "chemo brain." Share, connect , and listen while others share their experiences. Take a break from the demands of the world, relax, and sail away with us! Bites and beverages will be provided, but feel free to bring your own.
