Robust Walk-a-thon

Join the Robust Walk-a-thon! Walk, learn, and boost your health in this fun, low-intensity event for seniors. Group leaders guide participants through light exercises using natural surroundings—benches, trees, trails—to build strength, balance, and flexibility.
