Meal Prep Night-Make a Week's Worth of Meals with Friends

Get weekly dinners under control with meal prep nights at Genesis Kitchen held on Monday nights. Under each date within the event, the upcoming menu for the week will be posted with a link to a form to sign up. You can either sign up to work and have fun with a group of ladies (or guys, that's cool too but we will certainly outnumber you), chit chat, laugh, lounge, drink or you can order prepped meals for pickup on Tuesdays.

You'll be able to pick and choose the meals and quantity you wish to take home. You will not be bound to taking home a little bit of everything. There will always include a vegetarian option, a chicken dish, a pinsa meal (pizza), a pasta dish, a slow cooker dish and a soup. Sign up is a must for these events.

Meal prep does not mean you go home with meals fully cooked. It means all of the ingredients for each recipe are provided, all preparations are done together as a group, and preliminary cooking such as browning ground beef for a soup takes place.

What it means for you? You don't have to buy any groceries for your dinner meals. There will be minimal effort, time and cooking dishes needed at home on busy nights. You get a Monday night out with the girls.

Meals will be individually priced and listed within each facebook event and sign up form.
