We’re launching Lectures on Tap at Lost Boy, and we couldn’t have asked for a bigger kickoff. Our debut speaker is none other than Sophia Lin Kanno — the powerhouse behind @thespicygrasshopper, a nationally recognized educator, sustainability advocate, and Food Network Champion.
Sophia has been featured by the Professional Women’s Club of Chicago, runs The Spicy Grasshopper, and works across the country teaching people how to eat better, spend smarter, and waste less. And yes — she’s taken home the crown on Food Network, proving her skills and creativity under pressure.
