I.M.P.A.C.T. – Initiating Mindful Parenting and Cultivating Trauma-healing
Join us for a healing journey & path to mindful parenting!
The objective of this group is to support parents in healing from childhood trauma while cultivating mindful parenting practices. Through a safe and nurturing environment, participants will explore lived experiences, develop emotional awareness, and learn tools to respond to their children with greater empathy, patience, and presence. By integrating trauma-informed care with mindfulness techniques, the group aims to empower parents to break generational patterns, foster emotional resilience, and create healthier, more connected relationships with their children.
This group is facilitated by Resident in Counseling, Kristin Orbin, who specializes in family systems.
