Experience the delicious, smoky aroma of fresh Hatch chiles roasting on our patio. If you've ever spent time in New Mexico in the fall, you know what we're talking about! Our owner was born and raised in the land of enchantment, so she gets pretty pumped for fresh Hatch chile season (though she does insist on us serving it year round).
These legendary chiles are only available fresh for a short time each year, and we'll be roasting them on-site. Come grab a bag of roasted chiles to take home, or savor their flavor on our special Hatch green chile menu items!
🥵 The Wings of Doom Hot Wing Eating Competition Competition Starts at 5:00 PM
Think you can handle the heat? Now's your chance to prove it! Our infamous Wings of Doom are a searing, spicy challenge not for the faint of heart. Competitors will face off to see who can eat the most of our fiery hot wings. It’s a battle of grit and guts, with one champion taking home bragging rights and a fantastic prize!
Are you up for the challenge? The rules are simple but strict:
- Contestants must be 18 or older and sign a waiver.
- Eat as many seriously hot wings as you can in 7 minutes.
- No drinks, no napkins, and no dipping sauces are allowed during the competition.
- You must clean the wings down to the bone to earn your count.
- If you throw up, you're out!
- Cold milk will be provided for all contestants after they are done competing.
The competition kicks off at 5:00 PM sharp. Don’t want to compete? Come grab a seat and a cold beer to cheer on the brave souls who dare to face the flames!
