Full Moon Yin Yoga and Sound Bath

This Special Class draws on the transformative energy of August’s Sturgeon Full Moon.

This very special session blends Yin yoga with immersive sound healing to promote clarity calm and emotional balance. As you hold supported postures the harmonic vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other instruments will help quiet mental chatter and activate your body’s natural healing response.

Rooted in lunar wisdom this practice offers space to release old energy and set intentions for the season ahead.

Expect your teacher Lola to spoil you with all sorts of treats!
All are welcome whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner.
