Firehawk at Sydney Fringe Festival

A folk tale retold, a timeless hotel, and one woman's thirst for more. Anna Rushmer’s latest creation is a morally ambiguous, darkly humorous psychological thriller integrating storytelling, music and dance.

Spark Sanders Robinson and Rushmer direct this new theatre work starring Madison Chippendale that examines desire, anger and guilt from one woman's perspective.

Reimagining music from mid-20th century composers, Firehawk is alternately whimsical and demanding, building tension and unease, conveyed emotively by Ella Roper’s choreography.
