A liberation journey of the soul's expression through sound and song.
You will be guided and supported to gently unfurl, dropping layers of protection as you allow your expression to naturally arise.
Ecstatic Soul is an opportunity to experience transcendence, healing, and ecstasis - a moment of total immersion in being.
Together, we create an atmosphere of safety, synergy, and beauty, allowing us to feel connected and free.
Using music and trance as a gateway to access these often forgotten states of being, Ecstatic Soul channels improvised healing anthems, soulful lullabies, spiritual mantras, and spontaneous psalms from the raw elements in the space.
Guided and facilitated with live musicians, ALPHAMAMA and Lito Mabjaia. Both are touring musicians and recording artists, deeply immersed in healing and temple culture.
You are invited to bring your voice and move your body in a way that feels authentic and natural. You will not be forced to do anything you don't want to do. You will be supported to drop deeper into your experience, at your own pace.
There will be opportunities for you to take the stage, meet your edge, and be witnessed in your expression.
It is a devotional practice. A slow and delicious opening into feeling. A surrender to the current of aliveness through the body, heart, and voice.
Each experience is unique and holds space for the full range of our human expression. With reverence and love.

COST: $35-$50 sliding scale (there are a handful of tickets with pay as you feel pricing for anyone who needs/wants it)
*Please arrive on time for an introduction, intention setting and drop in. We will transition into the journey (approx 1.5hrs) and close together in circle, sharing reflections.
