Join us for a full-day fiber arts workshop where you’ll explore the beautiful and ancient process of indigo dyeing, known for its deep, rich blues and fascinating chemistry.

Unlike conventional dyes, indigo develops its color through exposure to air, making each dip and reveal a moment of transformation.

All are welcome in this hands-on workshop with Sylvia De Mar. Learn vat setup, care, and dyeing techniques—in one fun and creative day!

No prior dyeing experience is necessary — this workshop is open to all levels. Whether you're new to textile arts or expanding your skills, you’ll leave with a deeper understanding of natural dyeing and your own indigo-dyed creations.
