Join us at Copper Trail Brewing Co. for a laid-back, creative afternoon where you can build your own one-of-a-kind succulent planter at our traveling Succulent + Cactus Potting Bar!
✨ Perfect timing — this event lands right during Art in the Park weekend and Waterama in nearby Glenwood, so downtown will be bustling with visitors! We recommend pre-registering to guarantee your spot — walk-ins are welcome as supplies allow.
💸 Registration Deposit: $20
This holds your spot and gets you started at the bar!
Make your arrangement as big or small as you would like, your deposit goes towards your finished arrangement the day of the event.
🌵 How It Works:
Choose your pot — we offer a wide variety of unique and seasonal options!
Pick your plants — Choose from a wide variety of premium succulents & cacti -2" & 4" options available to choose from.
one 2 inch succulent is included with your chosen planter price, additional plants can be added or substituted for an additional cost. (see below)
Add fun toppings like moss, rocks, or BOTH, (included with every pot!)
Pot it up on-site with our printed planting instructions, hands on guidance, and provided after care information!

Pricing Overview:
2” plants: $5 each
4” plants: $7-$15 (varies by type, 2 inch plants can be substituted for the price difference of selected 4 inch plant price).
Pots: Starting at $20 and includes:
✅ Hand-mixed soil for optimal succulent growth
✅ Mesh drainage guard to keep roots happy
✅ Rock & moss finishings for a polished touch
✅ All planting tools & supplies – just bring your creativity!
✅ Detailed aftercare instructions (Make sure to take a photo of the back side of the planting guide)
✅ One 2 inch succulent or cactus (can substitute with larger option for price difference)
✅ Hands on guidance available as desired. Need help making decisions? I can help you choose the best plants to achieve your desired look, & provide advice to make your arrangement POP.
ADDITIONAL ADD ON ITEMS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO ADD IF YOU CHOOSE. FROM $1-4, PRICED AS MARKED.

Average finished designs range from $20–$45+, so you can make your arrangement as big or as small as you choose!

Please add your estimated arrival time (if you have a preference or are on a timeline) -in the notes at checkout so we can plan accordingly.
Walk-ins are welcome as long as supplies last or until seats sell out — early registration is the best way to secure your spot and selection!

Ticket & Arrival Details:
🪴 Open-house style event – Check in, take a seat, and we’ll bring your tray(s) to you/your group.
🎟 Registration is advised – Limited seats & planter sizes available, so be sure to reserve yours!
-Ticket sales will close if seats are filled.
🔄 Ticket transfers & credits available – If you can’t attend, you can transfer your ticket to someone else or apply the credit to a future event. Full refunds will be provided if contacted prior to the event. Refunds not available for no shows.
This is a fun, stress-free, & no creativity needed experience. Open to all ages, perfect for plant lovers of all experience levels.
