August Meditation Hike

Friends, I’m so thrilled to invite you to something I’ve wanted to bring to this area for years: guided meditation hikes.

The Campbell County Environmental Education Center, also known as the Nature Center at AJ Jolly Park in Alexandria, Kentucky, is hosting the event.

Here are the details at a glance:

Saturdays, August 30 and September 27, 2025
8:00am-9:00am
Free (donations accepted; in August, donations will go toward Flotsam River Circus, a 5013c that “brings magic and whimsy to the world while helping communities engage with their waterways.”).

Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. We’ll begin with an introduction to meditation followed by a walk along the beautiful nature trails.
