Increase your knowledge about the causes of suicide and related risk factors and learn to form a powerful "LifeBridge" to suicide callers. Maintain empathy balanced with healthy detachment so you can manage your own distress and mental health while achieving peak performance in dispatching the suicide call, and develop greater confidence as your knowledge and skill is increased.
