Listen & Learn: Investing in Community

“Investing in Community: Understanding the Minnesota Housing Tax Credit and its impact” is the topic of a virtual Listen & Learn presentation on Wednesday, October 29 from 12 to 1 pm.

Jon Olson, Chief Financial Officer with Alexandria Industries, and Heather Molesworth, Community Development Director with Alexandria HRA, will explain how the Minnesota Housing Tax Credit program can keep your tax dollars local to support the development of workforce housing.

This free virtual session invites community members to engage in meaningful conversation about how to work together to strengthen neighborhoods through informed action and collaboration. By increasing awareness of this initiative, participants are educated on the importance of housing stability, economic vitality, and community unity. This session is not intended for individual business marketing, but rather to promote shared understanding and collective solutions that benefit all Minnesotans.
