2025 Buckle Championship

Are you ready to show off your Sporting Clays talent with a new shiny belt buckle? Then sign up for the next NSCA tournament at Defender Outdoors Clay Sports Ranch! The 2025 Buckle Championship will be held on August 30th & 31st, and top winners will walk away with a one-of-a-kind belt buckle to let everyone know who is the Champ.

The Buckle Championship Main Event is a 200 Target series on the Ranch Course and Cowtown course. You’ll shoot one course on Saturday, and the next on Sunday, with two rotations. The other events can be shot before or after your rotation.

Seven Different Events

200 Target Buckle Championship ($200.00)

-Shoot 1 course Saturday and the other on Sunday / 9:00 & 12:00 Rotations

-Buckles awarded for HOA, Runner Up, 1st and 2nd in Class and 1st in Concurrent
– $1000 to HOA and $500 to First in each Class and $200 to 2nd

50 Target ($85.00)
– $5 Back to Class / Squadded / Buckles awarded for HOA and 1st in Class and 1st in Concurrent

50 Target 5-Stand ($75.00)
– $5 Back to Class / Squadded / Buckles awarded for HOA and 1st in Class and 1st in Concurrent

50 Target Prelim Super Sporting on Lone Star Course ($49.00)
-$5 Back to Class / European Rotation

50 Target 20 Gauge on Lone Star Course ($45.00)
-$5 back to Class / European Rotation

50 Target 28 Gauge on Lone Star Course ($45.00)
-$5 back to Class / European Rotation

50 Target .410 on Lone Star Course ($45.00)
-$5 back to Class / European Rotation
Saturday Afternoon Appreciation Hors d’oeuvres and Drinks under Pavilion at 3:00

Buckle Awards on 200 Target Buckle Championship, Fitasc and 5-stand / Guarantee money in Main Event

Trappers on 5-Stand and Fitasc / Lunch included both days
HOA, Class and Lewis Options Available in all events
