November Gratitude Hike, 1000 Hours Outside Guided Hike Series

November is National Gratitude Month and there’s no better place to practice mindfulness than the pristine forest. Hike 1-2 meandering miles with an experienced trail guide and Master Naturalist to take in the sights & sounds of nature in Autumn! As we hike, we’ll follow a self-made scavenger hunt to discover all we’re grateful for in nature!

1000 HOURS OUTSIDE:
The 1000 Hours Outside challenge is a global movement designed for any age child (or adult) and any environment. The movement encourages families to spend more time outdoors to reconnect with nature; improving physical and mental health, enhancing social skills, and building a stronger connection with the natural world.
