Guided Forest Bathing

Relax and recharge by connecting with the natural world under the direction of a Certified Nature & Forest Therapy Guide.
The walk will be about one mile and will end with a forest tea, an herbal blend of a locally foraged plant. Meet at the Visitor Center.

Enjoy positive health effects including increased immune function, lowered stress levels, and improved mood and mental clarity. Participants will be guided through a series of invitations to connect with nature through the senses.
