Buddha Jayanti—also known as Buddha Purnima or Vesak—marks a sacred triple occasion in the life of Gautama Buddha: his birth, enlightenment (nirvana), and passing away (parinirvana). It is the most significant day in the Buddhist calendar and a powerful reminder of the Buddha’s timeless teachings on compassion, peace, and the path to inner awakening.
We are also deeply honoured and pleased to announce that His Eminence Dorzin Lama Lungrik Nyima Rinpoche will bless this special occasion with his presence. As part of program, Rinpoche will bestow the sacred Dolkar Yidshin Khorlo (White Tara) Long Life Empowerment, a rare and precious blessing for health, longevity, and spiritual wellbeing.
