Women's Circles

Beginners. No experience required.

These women’s circles have been running for over ten years. They continue to be a place for nourishing the body and embodying the sacred.

Based on the work of the Awakening Women’s Institute, these circles offer a unique combination of meditation, embodiment exercises such as dance and movement, craft, touch without agenda and inquiry.

Each activity is designed to allow the body and mind to explore the theme of the circle. The theme is different with each circle and is generally archetype or nature-cycle based.

The purpose of these circles is to create a safe and nourishing space where we can practise together on themes that can be challenging, such as vulnerability and the shadow feminine.
