Tues: 11.30-12.30pm

(And Tuesdays 10.30-11.15am for 6-12 months old)

Venue is Charlton Lodge - New Scouts Hut, Moorside Knutsford WA16 6JD

Yoga exercises for Parent and Baby to boost energy, relieve stress and promote restful sleep for baby

Suitable for babies approx. 8 weeks to 8 months old (or before baby is crawling)

Dads & carers welcome to take part - twins welcome

No previous yoga experience needed, the practice is really sweet, instictive and easy

Courses 6-7 weeks long - £9.50 / week £12 pay as you go
