Mechanic and Transit Safety roles including Mechanic II & III, Mechanic’s Helper, Transit Vehicle Servicer, Paint & Body Worker, and Transit Safety Officers are available for rapid hire at ABQ RIDE’s upcoming Hiring Event, which significantly expedites the hiring process to get Transit Safety Officers in uniform and mechanics in-the-shop faster.
In partnership, ABQ RIDE and Albuquerque Police Department are hiring for critical positions that support the transit system. Both departments have designed feeder programs lead to fast advancement through exposure, training, and skill-growth support.


On site, you will participate in same-day interviews, Q&A with current employees, and hands-on demos.
