Math Colloquium - Using Math To Study Highly Oscillitory Waves

Join us on July 11 at 10 a.m. at the Max Salazar Building, Room 313, for a Math Colloquium event!

The "Using Math To Study Highly Oscillitory Waves" presentation will build on basic concepts from Calculus and Linear Algebra to create an algorithm used to model lasers. We will answer questions such as “What makes for a more efficient algorithm?'' and “How reliable are these simulations?''

Free snacks and beverages will be provided by CNM's Co-Curricular Learning Initiative!
